MODULAR Communications Platform, developed by CESTEL, for the efficient and integrated management of all communications and the coordination of response teams in emergency centres: 112, police, firefighters, civil protection, military units… It jointly manages traditional telephony, IP telephony, video calls, as well as different analogue and digital radio communication systems.

“eCall” is a pan-European in-vehicle emergency call service that uses the European emergency number 112 in the event of an accident.

Each vehicle will have an onboard device which, in the event of an accident, will send its GPS position, vehicle identification number (VIN), number of occupants, etc. to 112, and will enable hands-free voice communication.

It will also be possible to contact 112 manually by pressing a dedicated button located inside the vehicle.
CESTEL has developed the CES-eCall server, which enables both the decoding of MSD data messages received by 112 and their integration with the existing telephony system in the centre.

VISION CALIDAD is an Advanced Recording System
It optionally incorporates a patented inaudible watermarking system that prevents these issues, thereby ensuring the integrity of recordings and identifying the operator who unlawfully extracted the recording from the Operations Centre.

The GHALE platform is CESTEL’s implementation of PEMEA (Pan-European Mobile Emergency Application). It enables the interconnection of emergency apps with 112 emergency services across Europe.

As it is based on ETSI standards, GHALE allows emergency apps to work in any European country that uses PEMEA, ensuring roaming. In addition, PEMEA enables over-the-top multimedia communication, meaning that apps can be handled by emergency services using information channels such as video calls, chat with real-time translations, or file sharing.

A radio “tunnelling” system that transports radio audio over IP as well as basic signalling for PTT and C.O. activation. This type of device makes it possible to operate radio equipment located at a main site (where it is physically installed) from a remote site, thanks to the native SIP capabilities of Cestel’s Calypso communications matrix.
