Connection to the experience
We are one of the Spanish companies with the greatest experience in integrated communication solutions for Emergency, Control and Command Centres, as well as in the video communication channel (videoconferencing, Video Call Centres, Interpretation Centres for deaf people, web video telephony, etc...). In addition to its own products, CESTEL creates unique solutions and specific developments tailored to each client.
Founded in 1988 and with 100% Spanish capital, CESTEL (Centro Español de Servicios Telemáticos, S.A.U) has always been at the forefront of important technological advances in recent decades. Our ICT solutions (JEE, .NET, Net Core, Python) underpin the core business of many companies in transactional, commercial, municipal archives, content management, etc. environments.
Our mission is to ensure that technology is a means for each client to advance and improve the products and services offered in the market. CESTEL, in addition to its products, creates unique solutions and specific developments for each client.
We apply the Scrum methodology for the development and implementation of projects, which ensures the adequacy of customer requirements throughout the life cycle of the project, as well as the creation of self-organised teams promoting communication between all members and disciplines involved in the project.
Software products and solutions are developed with strict version control processes that ensure the consolidation of source code and its organisation in releases, supported by standard tools for source code control such as SVN and GIT.
For the generation of final installables we rely on "Jenkins", a continuous integration / late building system that generates automatic integrations of a project as often as possible in order to detect failures as soon as possible. Despite following an agile development methodology, we place special emphasis on the orderly management of project knowledge, using content managers and knowledge databases (Wikis) that are continuously updated by team members, as well as widely used project management tools such as RedMine, which automates activities.
Cestel has a QA (Quality Assurance) department that is responsible for designing specific and automated test plans with tools such as Selenium Grid, for the group's different products and services. Every time a new version is released, a bug is fixed or a new functionality is included in any development, the QA department draws up the specific test plan and is responsible for passing it to ensure that the software that is put into production is tested and certified.
Adequate definition, specification, and management of the functional requirements of projects is essential.
Flexibility, collaboration and continuous delivery of value enable teams to respond more effectively to changing project requirements and customer needs.
We are ready to resolve any questions or problems before they become an inconvenience - your peace of mind is our priority!
